Are there fees for joining the Time Bank?
No, joining is completely free, but each member must contribute some time in exchange for the time they use to maintain balance.
How can I register?
You can register by filling out the subscription form available on the website by clicking the Join Us button, where you will enter your skills and the services you can provide.
Who can join the Time Bank?
Women from the Middle East and North Africa region are the main beneficiaries, with the possibility of men participating at a rate of 10-20%.
How can I offer or request a service?
You can browse the directory of participants, choose a service provider, then send a request through the available form to request a session.
What is the maximum booking limit from the same person?
You cannot book more than one hour at a time from the same person, and you cannot book more than 4 hours within 3 months from the same person to ensure diversity.
What happens if I book a session and cannot attend?
You must notify the service provider at least 24 hours in advance. If you are absent twice without notice, your account may be temporarily suspended.
How is the quality of services verified?
After each exchange, each party must provide a rating and review. Ratings are tracked, and if a member receives repeated negative ratings, they will be reviewed by administration.
Is my personal information protected?
Yes, no personal data is shared without your permission, and all exchanges are conducted according to privacy policies.
